How long do I have access to the course?
24/7. The license to watch the course does not expire and you can go back and re-watch the sections as often as you like. You are able to access this course on a phone, tablet, laptop or computer at any location around the world.
Is this course suitable for any level of surfer?
The course is 100% suitable for anyone that just wants to feel safe in the water. It has 3 x 3-week programs for the beginner section and 3 x 3-week programs for the advanced section that cover 12 stages. So, as you progress you can access the next level over time. At the end of each section, there is a quiz to help you retain all the information.
Is this course available in any other languages?

I signed up and completed my payment but can’t find my access email. How can I login?
Once your payment is completed you will be sent a unique code to your nominated email after payment. This will have instructions on how to login for the first time. Depending on your mail provider, this email may be sent to either your junk or spam folder. Make sure you check these folders first and when found, add the email address it was sent from to your safe list.

How does the payment plan work for The Ocean Warrior Complete Course?
The payment plan is paid over three months. Your first payment of USD$69 is taken upon the date of purchase and then on that same date each month following for the next three months. The total payment taken is USD$276. You can save 10% by taking advantage of our one time payment of USD$249.
What forms of payments can I use?
Currently we accept Mastercard/Visa through Stripe or alternatively, you can use PayPal also to make a payment.
Where can I apply a discount code I have received on an offer?
Once on our site, click to buy the offer related to the deal. You then will be redirected to the checkout page. On the right hand side of this page you will see a box labelled "Coupon Code". This is where you can apply the code you have and the pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

Can I access this course without an internet connection?
No. This is online course which means you will need to use the internet to view. You can access the videos, PDF programs and content anywhere, anytime, around the world. However, all of the training programs and certificates are downloadable and something that you can print out or keep on file to view at any time.

How long does the course take?
The course is self-paced, therefore the duration is up to the individual. However, we recommend that you take the full 9 weeks to complete each course to retain and learn the skills correctly.
What does the course content cover?
The course is broken down into 12 stages. These stages are set up in 4 key areas; Safety, Land Training, Water and Realistic Training. After each section, there is a comprehension quiz to help you retain the information. It includes a 9 week program for the beginner, an additional 9 week program for the advanced and The Elite Mindset Program.
